The Kast Off Kinks bring former members of The Kinks to Putney, led by Mick Avory, the band’s original drummer from 1964 to 1984. The line-up also features Mark Haley on keyboards and vocals, who played with The Kinks from 1989 to 1993 and has also worked with The Rubettes, and bassist and vocalist Mike Steed, whose credits include Love Affair, Chip Hawkes, Marmalade and Mike Pender.
Guitarists Jerry T Jones and Scott Blake, both from Kinks tribute act The Konks, join for these shows on acoustic and electric guitar. Expect the hits: You Really Got Me, Dedicated Follower of Fashion, Sunny Afternoon, Lola, Days, Waterloo Sunset and Come Dancing among them.
