The Sixx blend Americana, soulful rock and acoustic storytelling in the style of Fleetwood Mac and Tom Petty. Lead singer Maxine Talulah has performed at Premier League grounds, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend and the Royal Albert Hall; the band around her includes guitarist Calle Engelmark, drummer Marty Love (also of Johnny Moped and Lenny Kaye’s UK Nuggets band), bassist Ricky McGuire (The Men They Couldn’t Hang, UK Subs) and keyboard player Dave Blackman, who runs his own mastering studio and has worked with Billy Bragg and Echo and the Bunnymen. This is a daytime show, with special guests still to be announced.
