New Moon – A Night of New Music

New Moon returns to the Half Moon for its next instalment of emerging talent, founded in January 2017 to give music fans the chance to catch outstanding up-and-coming acts from the UK, Europe and beyond – past artists include Lola Young, Cat Burns, Jalen Ngonda and Sophie and the Giants.

This edition’s bill brings together Semwanga, a Croydon alternative pop/hip-hop artist blending N.E.R.D. and Dizzee Rascal influences with the contemporary sound of Jean Dawson and Tyler the Creator, four-times featured on BBC Introducing; Alfie Crews; West Wales singer-songwriter Kiah, whose Indie Folk/Country and Soul fusion follows her debut album ‘Meet Me’; and Milan-based Adora Aiza, whose sultry-soul, world-rhythm sound has been described as “pure energy” live.

Suitable for: 18+ after 7pm.

Booking: £2.50 Adv/Door. Food served until 10pm, doors 7.30pm.
