Moving Stories

An 8-week creative health programme for older South Asian residents in Wandsworth, combining storytelling, music and accessible movement inspired by South Asian traditions including Bollywood, folk and classical forms. Age UK Wandsworth delivers the project, part of the Wandsworth London Borough of Culture programme, in partnership with Happy Homes Community and the Wandsworth Asian Women’s Association. No dance experience is needed, and movement can be adapted for seated or standing participation.
