Introduction to the Business Model Canvas

A business model canvas is a useful strategic management visualisation tool which helps business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs understand their company’s workings, customers, revenue streams, value proposition and much more. It will help you structure your ideas and thought process, and allow you and others to gain a better idea of what the business will be.

Often incorrectly confused with a business plan, which a longer written description of your business future often for the purposes of investment, this interactive hybrid workshop aims to help aspiring entrepreneurs to clarify and better articulate their business ideas, as well as help existing owners understand the different components to their business.

Moreover, it will provide an opportunity for attendees to discuss their business ideas and challenges amongst their peers, and gain insights and support from all those that attend.

This event is delivered by Start up Wandsworth which is a business support services designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs, start ups and established businesses to build their entrepreneurial skills and confidence, as well as giving them access to business information and resources.
