The Country In The Afternoon Festival returns to The Half Moon Putney for its 15th edition across Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 May 2026. Four country and americana artists perform each afternoon, reflecting the broad spectrum of the genre.

Saturday line-up:

  • 1pm: Chris Fox — award-winning contemporary singer-songwriter spanning folk, americana, country and blues, known for his rich vocals, complex guitar work and loop pedal alchemy.
  • 2pm: Dave Burn Band — a pioneer of UK alt-country who co-founded Ahab and later joined Orphan Colours, blending Brit folk with American singer-songwriter traditions.
  • 3pm: Kylie Price — a captivating vocalist with New Zealand and Filipino roots whose singles have charted on the Official NZ Music Charts, now based in London.
  • 4pm: Ryan Kinder (headliner) — Nashville-based country-rock artist with over 100 million streams and collaborations with John Fogerty and Zac Brown Band. His latest album is Heirloom.

Tickets £20 advance. Venue entry 18+ after 7pm; under-18s contact venue for daytime entry.
