About CosySafeSpace
Cosy Safe Space was created with a clear mission: to support remote workers.
As two experienced remote workers, Chiara and Francesca have personally experienced the rewards and challenges of this lifestyle. We’ve learned firsthand the best practices to make remote work as healthy and balanced as possible. Now, we want to help others overcome the same challenges and fully enjoy the benefits of working remotely.
We believe that a healthy work-from-home lifestyle is built on four key pillars:
1. Taking care of your body
2. Building healthy habits
3. Creating a positive home environment
4. Forming strong connections with others
Our vision is to reshape how remote work is perceived. Instead of associating it with poor boundaries, unhealthy habits, and difficult working conditions, we want people to see it as an opportunity to work in a cosy, safe space where they can thrive and become the best version of themselves.
Through our blog, (https://www.cosysafespace.co.uk/), we’ve realised that our tips can benefit not just remote workers, but anyone looking to improve their work-life balance and overall well-being.
This is why, we want to build a community of like-minded people because connection is one of our core pillars. We believe that true happiness comes from the relationships we build with others. This is why we are launching an event series designed to bring people together, where they can share their dreams and challenges and help each other grow.
They Spark is an event series focused on empowering people. The series will revolve around three key themes:
1. TheyBloom: Personal growth, overcoming imposter syndrome, and mindfulness practices.
2. TheySpeak: Public speaking, storytelling, building self-confidence, and communication, including hybrid meetings.
3. TheyLead: Leadership tips and how to be an effective manager in the hybrid work era.
