Author Jenny Ridgwell’s Cream Horns & Vol au Vents stories of the 1970s

Jenny has been a Food Teacher and lecturer since 1970. She has written many food books for schools and has an online Nutrition Program for education. Her stories about teaching cookery to east London teenagers in the 1970’s are a piece of social history. With readings, memories, cream horn tasting and humour.
