The Casa Manolo journey began in 1965 in Salmoral, Salamanca and in 2014, they introduced the artisanal cured meats they were so passionate about in the UK. They are dedicated to the art of Spanish Iberico Ham, Cold Meats, Manchego Cheese, Tapas and Wine.
