925 Comedy Club is the home of future household names in comedy.
The 2st Wednesday of the month 925 Comedy Club bring the very best emerging talent to The Railway – as well as two professional headliners.
Wednesdays have never been so funny.
Headliners:
- Carl Donnelly: a multi-award winning stand-up comedian, podcaster and actor. Carl has been nominated for the Best Newcomer Award at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2009. He later followed that with a nomination for the main award in 2013. In between he has won and been nominated for a series of other awards such as Chortle’s Best Club Comedian. - Jack Hester: A natural story teller who takes his audience on a punchline packed journey with his comedic masterclass. His talents have made him a Comedy Store regular and British comedian of the year finalist 2024.
Emerging Talent:
- Tevin Everett: an American comic and former intelligence specialist for the Navy, bringing a unique blend of wit and keen observational humor to the stage. After writing for film and TV in Los Angeles, he transitioned to stand up, captivating audiences across the United States before settling in London.
- Fin Jacobs: Charming, warm & witty. Fin has won nuemerous competitions around London and has performed at The Comedy Store, Backyard Comedy Club and Up the Creek. His laid back style will bring you into his punchy stories and sharp observations. Certainly one to watch.
- Leah Davis: Since kicking off her comedy career in 2022 Leah has reached the finals for the iconic Funny Women competition and BBC New Comedy Awards semi finals. She has smashed some of London’s most lethal gong shows including Beat The Blackout, Ding Dong Gong and was named a ‘Face of Comedy’ for 2023.
- Blank Peng: A bilingual stand up comic from China. As seen in Top Secret Comedy, The Comedy Store, Up the Creek.
- Hubert Mayher: An Austrian born comedian based in London, UK. Since making his stage debut in 2017 he has taken his act (‘plenty of dark humour’ – Chortle) all across the UK and Europe and is a regular at renowned clubs like The Comedy Store. Finalist Leicester Square New Comedian Of The Year. Nominee BBC Radio 4 New Comedy Award. As heard on BBC Radio & seen on Comedy Central.
