SUMMARY:Moving Stories
DESCRIPTION:An eight-week creative health programme inviting older South Asian residents in Wandsworth to explore memory\, storytelling and movement together. Working with a movement facilitator\, participants share stories from across their lives — family\, celebration\, migration\, community and home — using conversation\, music\, photographs and personal objects\, translated into gentle movement drawing on Bollywood\, folk and classical South Asian traditions. No dance experience is needed and every session can be adapted for seated or standing participation.
