DESCRIPTION:Community meeting with the Metropolitan Police to discuss local issues and concerns in Thamesfield Ward. \nWhat is a Ward Panel?\nEvery London ward has a Ward Panel – a group of local residents\, businesses and partners who meet quarterly with the Safer Neighbourhood Police Team. \n\nPurpose: Set two local policing priorities and review progress\, alongside one police-set priority on violence.\nRole: Share community concerns\, scrutinise police work\, and feed information back into the community.\nMembership: Open to those who live\, work or study in the ward. Panels aim to reflect the whole community and often include youth\, faith\, business and area representatives.\nPublic Access: At least one meeting per year is open for anyone to attend\, ask questions and hear directly from local officers.\n\nWard Panels are a key way for residents to influence policing\, build trust\, and work together on local safety issues.
