DESCRIPTION:Ascend and Bloom CIC brings a free community carnival to Focus Hall\, celebrating Black history\, Caribbean culture and the roots of Notting Hill Carnival. UK Small Band Panorama 2026 competition winners Pan Nation headline a live steel pan performance\, alongside a carnival costume photobooth\, a carnival-style dance workshop and craft-making session. \nThere is also a mini jou’vert\, Caribbean food\, soca music and face painting\, pitched as a whole-family event where visitors can join as many or as few activities as they like. \nSuitable for: All ages \nAccessibility: Mostly visual.
