How this map was made. Each dot is one comment, placed at the centre of the postcode the commenter supplied on the council's form — not at their front door. Where several comments share a postcode the dots are fanned out slightly so each can be seen and counted. Dotted rings mark 200m and 500m from the courts.

206 of the 215 comments are plotted. Nine are not: five gave no machine-readable address, and four are letters filed by organisations or on behalf of groups — including the solicitors' objection for residents of Erpingham Road and Egliston Mews, and the Conservators' own response. One support comment counted here is a near-duplicate filed twice from the same address on the same day.
