DESCRIPTION:Discover the Power of Rugby!  \nFree weekly Women and Girls Rugby sessions take place every Wednesday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Roehampton Playing Fields\, coached by professionals from Rosslyn Park RFC. These welcoming sessions are perfect for beginners and returning players alike — no experience necessary. Build confidence\, fitness\, and friendships while learning rugby basics in a fun and supportive space. \nOpen to women and girls aged 16+\, the programme aims to bring rugby to communities who may not have had the opportunity to take part before\, with a focus on inclusivity. All sessions are free\, and you can book week-by-week. \n Suitable for all abilities \n Welcoming to Black\, South Asian\, LGBTQIA+ communities\, and those with SEND/physical disabilities \n Wear sports clothing and shoes; bring water \n Weekly drop-in: just book and turn up!
